Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your HuggieBud must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, HuggieBuds that have been microwaved, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your plushie before heating it for the first time.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@huggiebuds.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- We will reply with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your HuggieBud arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
