Products & Pricing
All product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur. Prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. HuggieBuds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Product Use & Safety
HuggieBuds are microwavable weighted plushies containing dried lavender. Always follow the heating instructions included with your product. Do not overheat. Adult supervision is recommended for children. HuggieBuds are not toys for children under 3 years old.
Limitation of Liability
HuggieBuds is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
